sick cichlid

i have 4 parrot cichlids, but one hangs at the top of the water column, and is paler than the rest, also loss of appetite.. i changed 25% of the water and have added some bacteria treatment.. any advice would be greatly recieved.

Sick cichlid

This sounds like a beating coming from the other parrot fish. You will need to have a lot of hiding places for them. Usually, when one is at the corner or at the surface away from the other fish is because of being beaten up or harrassed. In addition, it will be stressed out and won't eat much. It will end up being smaller than the others, etc.

Also, check your water temp and settings in the tank.
