looking for Flowerhorn red dragon?
I like the Flower Horn on the 1st pic, gorgeous..Are they expensive fish? I looked up on classifieds and found a medium size one for 45 bucks named Flower Horn Red Dragon, is that the right name if you know?
It just depends on where you
It just depends on where you get it, what size, body type, and breed. I paid $30 for this little guy and hes a bonsai zz flowerhorn. The bonsai mean super shortbody and the zz is the breed. You can pick them up as cheap as $5 or as much as a several $1000. I would check all your local stores to see if they have any. $45 bucks isn't bad but you should start will a small one unless its going in its own tank. Bonsais needs the same requirements as blood parrots, shortbodies at least a 55 and a 75 for normal sizes. Talks a lot about different types of flowerhorn. http://www.flowerhorncraze.com/index.php?showtopic=43104

great then! I want one...
Thanks, yes, I'm getting a little one and think to breed it with my parrot too, by the way I've been watching Creme, he or she, seems to have a very big belly and keeps like "kissing or attacking" Peaches.. I'm trying to move them to my bigger tank Asap... is a belly my other Parrot never had...I've heard they can't be breed together?
Maybe, if they stick near one
Maybe, if they stick near one spot and start digging in the gravel then yes.
Nice Flowerhorn! Good luck
