What kind of a filteration system do you have?
When did you last do a water change? If it has been more than 3 days... then do a 25% change.
Search for Swim bladder in google and check if the symptoms match
This is generally caused by dirty water or some fish infection.. we need to eliminate this.
Take out uneaten food within 30 mins of feeding
A cichlid can survive for 2-3 weeks without food so lets do something before that.. all the best... post some pix if you can
