I think that if they did breed that they would have fry but I'm not sure whether or not you could actually get them to breed. I think they would get along as long as the Jellybeans (convict parrots) have not breeding. When convicts get in breeding mode they are extremely aggressive. You might have a better chance if they grow up together. No they will not become Blood Parrots unfortunately. You could have however breed them with Blood Parrots.
