My Red Parrot ate a Fly! I was in my room about to feed them I had opened up the lid and they swam to the top knowing what time it was and I had spotted a fly on my window, I attempted to smack the fly, but he flew away and landed on the water of the aquarium. Alex without hesitation grabbed the fly off the top of the water! Ben seemed a little jealous! I thought it was so funny, but I was wondering if that was healthy??? By the way it looks as of right now I will be getting a 50 gal. soon!

glad you are getting a bigger

glad you are getting a bigger tank and yes they will eat bugs. i know ppl that say they love feeder crickets you might want to try it but i would get the smallest ones you can find and maybe 1/4 inch and only once in awhile.
