worms
they are not harmful to your fish but the conditions they thrive in can be, ie uneaten food, its said that a fish stomach is the size of its eye, umm not sure about that but only feed as much as they eat in about 3 mins,if ANY reaches the floor stop feeding, heres a link about Planaria worms which is what they are, http://www.aquariumfish.net/information/having_trouble_p2.htm
dont worry they wont hurt
dont worry they wont hurt your fish. they come from over feeding. do a water change and vac your gravel. that will get rid of some of them. then make sure you dont over feed. if you keep seeing them do another water change in a few days. it takes a lot of cleaning to get rid of them but the wont hurt your fish some fish even eat them. hope that helps.
If its what I'm thinking of
If its what I'm thinking of then you just need to clean your tank more often. Most stuff like that is the result not enough cleaning.
I don't think they're harmful
I don't think they're harmful to your fish. I've seen them in my tanks and heard people talking about it on message boards. I'm not quite sure what they are but they are not pathogenic to fish.
