I also have a 100 gallon and found a Jebao on ebay and its been installed for about a month without any problems. Took me a min to figure out how to set it up. A cannister filter is such a better alternative for a large tank. I am very happy and it was within my price range.

I just up-graded to a 100 gallon tank as well, I shopped around for a canister filter but every thing that I found was way out of my price rang…. I thought I was doomed to the hang on filters. I decide to give it on last shot and look on ebay and there it was…. The sunsun 100g filter. It looked to good to be true (for $50) so I did my research, I found some reviews and every one seems to say the same thing. That its great and have had no problems with it. Mine will be here in a few days and we will see if it holds up.
