They are adorable! When they are little like that, they really are just babies. When I look at them I see three seven or more inches long BPs, as they grow. Which doesn't take long. One thing about BPs they Get only better with age and size. I can hardly remember when mine was that small. Now it's hard to find a net big enough! :)

Homemade food

Thanks Chrisplosion and Kickazzkatie.....they are eating a homemade food that I mix up for them and freeze and cut into cubes. They also eat Hei Feng soaked pellets. This combination has really deepened their orange colors. If anyone wants the recipe for the homemade food let me know, it contains shrimp, white fish, peas, spinach, carrots and more. I found it on a cichlid website, and it is the absolute favorite food of my babies.
