ditto! :)

The rule of thumb is one BP needs a 30 gallon tank and each additional BP fish needs 10 gallons. So, you would need a minimum of a 80 gallon tank. I also have six BP's. I have a 90 gallon and plan on upgrading to 100-125 when they get larger. Yikes!! That sounds so big.

They do need a lot of hiding places and plants. You can use plants, rocks, decor, or pots. One user uses coconut shells and they look fantastic.

You don't really need to have gravel in the bottom. It's really more for looks than it is for the fish. It will probably make it easier to vacuum the bottom for debris. However, the fish do like to rearrange the gravel in the tank.
