You already have the minimum requirement for a BP, adding an angel would make you over crowded if you aren't already.
What kind of pleco do you have? If you have a rubberlip then you are ok but if it is a common pleco then you may need to find it a new home. They grow to be 2ft long and need more than 100 gal tank.

Angels are generally aggressive... and your tank may already be overcrowded... in the future your fish will grow and eventually begin killing each other for space... my advice would be to either invest in a bigger tank... perhaos one and a half or double the size... or reduce the number of fish you currently have...
