What kind of food? Fish flakes or Pellets?

Hello Iam wondering is it okay to feed my BP fish flakes? cuz he will not eat the pellets lol but loves the the cichlid fish flakes
I feed 2 times a day and is it normal for them to dance for thier food? :)

I gave him some thawd bloodworms and it was all gone nothing was left lol.

Okay I do have some frozen bllodworms I can give him I think he will love that.

he definitly will! i just thaw mine in a small amout of water and dump it in :)

i feed mine flakes and pellets. they didnt take to the pellets at first either. people say they take in air when they eat flakes,but it comes right out of there gills, and that happens w/ pellets too. they also love brine shrimp, bloodworms, or krill. and mine sometimes swim up from the bottom and hit the top of the tank when there hungry! :) bps r fun!

Yeah, mine sometimes jump up out of the water and hit the hood lol.. I'd open the hood to find a piece of food on the lid. They see it in the water lol.. it's really cute.
