A club for owners of Parrot Cichlids

I have a pair of parrots that have laid about 100 eggs in a cave/log. They are male and female.  They have both been guarding them fiercely. The male actually jumped out of the water yesterday after my hand!!!! My question is when will they start to grow fungus?  They have been laid for about two days.  They are a tan color right now.  This is the second time they have laid eggs.  The first time I accidently vacumed them up right after they were laid.  I've never gotten to this point before. If they are fertile, which I know that this is probably not the case, how long before they hatch?
