Update on the sand storm.. lessons to be learned about changing from gravel to sand!!

Hey so It pretty much settled yesterday (the sand) I decided to put the
filter on and it pretty much got rid of the tiny particles in the water
not fully but it is much improved. I think I will have to lol dust the
fake plants and re decorate. So lessons learned, if you are changing
from gravel to sand with an already cycled tank I would put the sand in
first make sure you rinse the sand even if your lfs says not to worry. 
Put the sand in your tank wait 2 days then put the filter on the 3rd
day then after that decorate. lol Any who hope this helps new sand
freshwater tank owners !!!

LOL! Looks really good. I just upgraded my tank today and put sand substrate. It looks amazing! It's so natural looking and my parrot fish loooovveeeeee it! It's so cute to watch them spit the sand out and push it around :) I used pool filter sand and it was pretty clean. I have a little bit of cloudiness but it's not really bad at all. I can't wait till tomorrow to see if it clears up completly.
