Black spots on parrots is not a disease. Its a conditions that occurs due to bad water quality and stress. And please don't tell us that you feed your parrot feeder fish. If yes, stop immediately.
How big is your tank? What are the tankmates?
Just do 20-25% water change for two weeks every alternate day and you will see the black spots dissappear.

Stress could be the other reason. Just let us know about the tanksize and mates so dat v cud undrstand fully. Do you have hiding places in your tank?
Just concentrate on good water quality and you will never have problems. Just consider black spots on ur parrots as a sign that sumthng is wrong with the water quality.
Also, this may not be true for black spots on other fishes.
