No, your tank isn't big enough for the angel and BP. Angel fish can get just as big as a BP they just aren't as wide, obviously. You need at least a 40 for one bp and if you still want the angel you need to get a 55.

The rule of thumb is one BP needs a 30 gallon tank and each additional BP needs a additional 10 gallons. Once they are older and larger, it would be a good idea to have a larger tank than the original if you were abiding by this rule.
BP's are territorial and love to swim all around the aquarium. In a small tank you would have fighting over territories and there really wouldn't be enough room to swim as much as they like to do.
A 29 gallon tank really wouldn't even be enough for one BP alone.
