Eggs?

I was wondering when female BP's start laying eggs. ive had 2 for over a month now but no eggs yet. everyone says how they lay tons of eggs so im starting to get worried something might be wrong. also, they could both be males, im not sure, thats why i was wondering when they should start egg laying. they're both still pretty small (only about 2-3 inches long), what do you guys think?

are your parrots orange? they are mature if they are and can lay eggs, it also depends on your tank conditions, mine didn't lay eggs for a long time now its all the time,by the time she did, the difference between the sex's was obvious
