I think that this is simply a blood parrot which has had part of its dorsal area cut away to give it that "horn". If you look at the dorsal area, the dorsal fin is way farther back than on a regular parrot, possibly from where a part of it has been cut ...

I think that this is simply a blood parrot which has had part of its dorsal area cut away to give it that "horn". If you look at the dorsal area, the dorsal fin is way farther back than on a regular parrot, possibly from where a part of it has been cut away. This is just a theory but I couldnt imagine what you could breed a parrot with to give it a horn. A hump maybe but not a horn. Its quite sad.
